Specific Remove smoke please!

Please can someone remove the smoke not all the smoke just from my mouth so i don’t look like im smoking if u wanna remove it completely it’s fine but if you can just keep a little that’s good and thank you.

Hey. This is a difficult request. I'm always up for a good challenge but sometimes I feel lit would be way easier on everyone if you just took another selfie. At the very least, just take another selfie in this same pose so we can have a source to re-build your face.

I took quite a few liberties here and played with some brushes, some cloning, some lighting.
Took it as far as I could - retouching isn't my specialty but dug in as best as I could.
