Sorry to say but it's not as easy as it might seems, it would require an indecent amount of work and time...and probably it not will look decent at the end.
It's necessary recreate the hair, shoulder, hand, fridge , products inside the fridge...........

If you want exactly the sausages removed you need to keep in mind that there's nothing 'under' those.
The artist needs to replace the missing parts in the gap. And finding the parts is not possible in the picture itself.
But if you really want this in the paid section and hope someone with very good skills and a lot of times comes by to fill your request please tell it me so I can move it to the paid section.
