Specific Remove person from background

This is my favourite photo of my family, but unfortunately there's a guy standing behind us to the left staring at the camera.
My dad has passed away and I'd love to have a copy of this photo without the guy in the background. I'd be very appreciative if anyone could edit this.

I was also working on this. Removed person and tried to lighten subjects in the shade a little.

OOPs I'm on my third quick edit/revision . I always find mistakes right after posting Timed out in the middle of deleting version 4b and attaching version 4c

I also lightened the faces ..twice, changed a mistake and put some color in the blown out flags.

FWIW I rotated the image slightly and changed the diagonal of the wire/posts on the right side to pseudo-correct perspective.

In a different direction with a blurred BG ...

...and in another direction with lightly blurred and simplified background with a severe 2x3 crop. The biggest problem with this is there isn't enough pixels to justify it. Still, the photographer in me likes this composition .

Thanks so much for the edits! Yeah, the photo is unfortunately fairly terrible quality, it was one taken on someone else's phone at my sister's birthday and then uploaded to and downloaded from facebook some time ago, and it would take quite a bit of searching to try and re-find that photo.
