Specific Remove pen marks from photo.

Hi guys

Now i must be been a jealous child as when i was a child a scribbled over this lovely photo of my big sister and my mom. Now my mom is quite ill in hospital after having a stroke back in August and i think having this done as a surprise for my sister would be lovely. I would be very grateful if anybody could remove the pen marks.
