Specific Remove or obscure two people in background, please

Hey, folks,

Can anyone please do something about the two people in the background? Is it possible to remove them and replace them with dark shadow? If not, can you blur and darken them enough that they're mostly obscured? If you have to darken the whole photo, please do whatever you think will work.
