i know this is hard to do, but could someone remove the girl on the left?

I agree with Liberty1976... there is almost no information to work with to fill in the background. I cloned somebody else's arm onto you and then made up my own background. If you still have that shirt it would be a lot easier just to take another photo, but this is the best I could do.
