Specific Remove Nose Rings!

The first version removes the nose ring and does nothing else.
It feels to me that the door behind you is lit more brightly than you are, so you sort of get lost in the image and the viewer's eye is drawn to the wrong things. I tried to reverse that in version 2 so that you stand out better (along with some cropping).
