I am the one in the green shirt in the pic. Hoping to remove or lessen my man boobs and trim my waist. Thank you.

I would not change a thing on the original image to be honest. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. But, since you did ask, and I enjoy playing in Photoshop, here is my attempt for you.
I used Generative Fill on this image. I selected your shirt and then used Gen. Fill to replace the shirt. I hope you like the SHIRT design and color.

I found an area that I did not like around your left forearm where the shirt was added that I corrected. There was also an area in the upper part of your left arm that the NEW shirt did not work for me. So, I corrected those also. Here is the newest version.
