Specific remove glare from a framed photo

This is a shot from a senior photo session. One the mom wants "the most" of course :O I didnt notice the glare on the photo of the guy on the stick horse until I got the pictures on my computer. I am NOT photoshop literate at all. I have tried to darken just the picture but its just not working. Is there a way to lessen the glare on the glass in the frame? TIA for any help!DSC_11051.jpg

You are not going to get much more than you already have out of that. If you could call the Mom and see if you could go and get a quick shot of that photo and post it here someone could put it back into the frame. Even if she could take a pic of it with a camera and email it to you, anything will be better than what you have.
