Specific Removal of hand/red shirt

Hello,

This is my first time here so hello to everyone. I can do some minor tweaking on pictures but to remove an arm/big object, I stink. Even though many people have tried to help me, I am a lost cause.

In this picture if it could be possible to remove the hand on the right. Also the red shirt, I just want the arm/hand in front the wolf. If removing the red shirt is too difficult it will be ok.
