Specific Removal of a tire/change whole background please

Hi guys,
im from Germany and my English isnt great so sorry in advance if i make any mistakes

I got this picture of a friend who wants the tire removed. If you got time feel free to remove the slide too or change my friend to a better location. Im sure that any further changes to make the picture look better isnt a problem.
