Well it is possible I only did this with the preview image so quality is low, But it would be anyway if you did it on full resolution you will get banding from high saturation and exposure causing artifacts.

But all you need to do is add an exposure adjustment layer and a vibrance 1 but then you will need to add a counter effect to tone down the off scale colours.

Do you want someone to do this for you free of charge, do it for you for a small fee, or do you want to learn how to do it yourself?

The color is to strong. but how did u do it?

I posted all I did and yes the picture was intentionally maxed out pushing the vibrance and saturation to max so it would show up.

either go to image > adjustment > exposure and boost it slightly
followed by image > adjustment > Vibrance

or use the equivalent methods using none destructive adjustment layers

I was not aware this may have been a request assumed more you wanted to know how to do it

Another possibility ...

I think you will find this looks horribly like some kind of resort promo picture that your trying to achieve here and people will be less willing to do the work properly for you in case it just gets used to promote something without the credit given to the artist or even payment. So I think it is best if you say what the image is for as I am very sceptical on actually doing this kind of work for free if it is for business usage.

If it is for business usage then To be honest a hell of a lot more needs doing to the picture other than boosting exposure and vibrance of image. And for the kind of work involved I think you are best suited to posting a freelance job even if it is for minimal fee But I assure you that you will be happy with the outcome.

edit: Never saw toms post who seems to have actually put the effort into it but my point still stands. There is a lot of cleaning up needed to be done if this is meant as a resort promo or similar.

Since it is a scene that doesn't contain a lot of skin color, you can change the mode to Lab color. Then do a curves adjustment on the two channels a and b. You can move the sliders however you like in each but be sure you move them equal amounts on each end of the histogram. After your finished, and before you change the mode back to RGB experiment with some of the blend modes and see what may work for you. When you switch modes DO NOT FLATTEN and have a layer underneath to blend. I used Color as the blend on this one.

Hello ThreadStarter! i would love to help you by giving the some points you need to do on Photoshop.
1. If you know about the HDR toning menu you can already tweak your image from there
2. If you know about level adjustments then you can also tweak it with ease

You can always find free tutorials in the internet
