Hi! I'm a freelance photographer who specializes in graffiti, street art, and the like. I ended up getting a picture of a wonderful piece but the problem is with the railroads, during the winter years they put reflective tape on their trains and I took the picture at night. So could you please help get rid of reflective tape problem without ruining the art? I was thinking darken that specific area or simply draw over it. Thank you!
