Hi, I'm trying to give an object in photoshop with a circular base a vertical reflection, similar to this photograph:

The problem is simply getting the proportions of the reflection right. Reflecting a circular base is different to a flat/angled base because the reflection must follow the curve and there doesn't seem to be a way of doing it. Help desperately needed!

Any quesions please let me know, if you don't understand the question try reflecting a cup and then you'll understand!

Thanks!

Adam

create your reflection place it arroximatly where you think it would be then go to EDit>Tranform>Warp...... or another within that dropdown (I use warp in CS4) play around with it, you pick it up in no time.

Yep that's great thanks! Pity there isn't an option for it, I used warp then changed 'custom' to 'arch' the kept playing with it, wasn't perfect tho.

Cheers
