Redfield plugin FineTouch(X32).8bf no longer lworking .

Help.
Redfield plugin FineTouch(X32).8bf used to work perfectly on Pshop 11
and Paint shop pro 4, until I had to reinstall my operating system.
Now it doesn't work. I've tried everything, downloaded a fresh exe installer from
redfield it doesn't work. Peculiarly all the other free ones worked too.
Now only a few of them work. It's like I lost some kind of magic setting
when I reinstalled my os. I've also sent an email to redfield but I've read that
they don't respond. I've had years of experience in computer and graphics but
have never been perplexed as this until now. Any thoughts.?

You do realize that Windows XP is not supported any longer and there's a possibility that you could be missing some Windows updates that are required for the plugin to work.

Thanks, I never thought of that. I'll start adding the updates available.

As to the other response I got from some one else. I have comtacted Redfield but no reply yet after 5 days
