it's a little aliased, not sure if it's just my bad net connection not loading the image correctly.
and the two curved lines could use a bit of smoothing try using the pen tool, nice little tute here for you!
possibly remove the wall background and replace with a smooth grey gradient. and add a shadow underneath the image composition, tute for that here, add a Gaussian blur to it as well.
to me, one use of the red bull logo is enough. i'd possible remove the one on the bottom and leave the rest of the composition to speak for itself.
just my suggestions, take or leave them
and iDad, it looks nothing like spam, there's no link anywhere, and normally the spammer would add a few paragraphs sell it to you first. This is just a harmless image, and looks like it too, the OP just provided no explanation as all, it's like saying my sig is spam because it has Shimano on it.

I think that's what he/she is trying to achieve..just an ad , a graphic advert and wants critique ... you go both ways when you see it to say yes span or not just looking at the pic and as stated with no explanation what it is from the beginning i also thought at first just spam..
About the image... remove the lines on the floor they do any anything or represent anything as i see them unless they are supposed to be lines for a floor walking area. if so the lower image is a reflection on a shiny floor as if at a show somewhere, but as you can see all out of perspective...
To the op... make a selection around the left side adds and duplicate and turn up side down and add perspective on the floor, use a gradient to fade out the refection the more you go away towards the middle of the image, do the same for the right side..
If its a floor then may be add a texture over it on low opacity on overlay giving the effect of the floor .. Play around with it more and re post it... Please give an explanation of what it is and what your trying to do with it rather than just " what do think "..
