Ok we all seem to like re colouring white females mainly, so i got to thinking about we all have a go at an afro couple instead.

No prizes just the challenge of something out of all our comfort zones:thumbsup:

I would use photo filter colors on the selected areas in separate layers > mode > Pinlight, with better selection methods for colors combinations that would work really awesome
heres a starting point just for play

I have a set of skin color gradients. Used two of them, one for each person, with a layer mask. Painted on and used Color blending mode. Came out pretty good I think. Used Burn tool in Shadow mode for his hair

LOL Mike, righto. They do look a little weird, but it could just be a nice manicure.

My observation is the the skin color is too red.

Now, you might ask, Aunty, where is your attempt? In my head! Might give it a try, but colorizing is not my favorite nor best activity in PS. We'll see.

Here is my partial colorization. I only worked on the lady. Might be a good way to compare the before and after. It took a lot of layers to get the colors and saturations I wanted. But it's been a long time since I tried this. Having gone this far I realize where I could combine work and satay on similar layers. Anyway.

I was probably changing the attachment when you looked, deleting the first one and uploading the revised. I added a bit more bronzing to some spots on her face to round it out more.

Here's my go... The ladies hair could do with some more work..
