Re-Size selection

Can someone please tell me how I can re-size a selection. I may be using the wrong terms so will explain :-

I have cropped a person from a photo and moved the image into another photo. I now want to increase the size of the "person" I moved while keeping the background the same. I'm sure it's a simple procedure but after a couple of hours of frustration ( can't find the answer in help either) I'm appealing to the brains!!!

Your assistance would be most appreciated.

Cheers! and a Happy New Year from sunny Melbourne

Thanks for your reply.

I have tried to do as you suggest but it seems my knowledge of PS7 is even less than I thought. I couldn't find a Free Transform tool in the toolbox but I'm sure it's there somewhere.

Could you please amplify your advice a bit. As far as my expertise is concerned I'm afraid a "Photoshop for Dummies" approach is necessary.

Again, many thanks for your reply.

$3.10 for an automatic knife with free shipping, now thats cheap how about the
buck 110 auto? Do they still make that thing here in the states? I think they were being converted into autos out west. Nice
knife, these guys also have a copy of a Buck 110 auto.

Well its not in the toolbar, Select the layer the "person layer" and on your Press the buttons Ctrl+T(Windows OS) or Opt+T(MAC OS)
