Random pixelation inserted into brushes mid-project

The gist of what you should be able to see in the attached image showed up yesterday. Suddenly a bunch of artifacts started ruining different layers of my project (forcing me to redo a lot of it) and were all over my brushes.

Attempted Troubleshooting thus far:

  • Have reset the brush tool (then reset ALL tools) and preference settings
  • Deleted and added the same brushes
  • Brush presets do not have settings such as Noise or any other settings besides 'Smoothing' checked off.
  • No layers or brush settings in the option bar are set to any blending mode (such as Dissolve) other than Normal
Any help is appreciated, but I'm personally stumped and frustrated as to how it just happens out of nowhere and is impossible to get rid of.

No one is safe :(

Thanks!

Added notes:

I've tried disabling OpenGL Drawing and downloading new source files for the brushes from original sources, still no improvement. At this point I'm considering just uninstalling and hoping it magically does something.
