quick bit o fun for a pally (needs a little help from a guru or two)

i'll not bore you with the full context but basically a favour for a friend who doesn't have photoshop anymore she didn't explain it in completely amazing detail either, apparently a game mod or something and needs some sort of concept arty stuff. anyway...

it really needs some suggestions, i want this to look okay-ish, more okay than it looks (if you call that okay)

haven't done any major photoshopping in quite a while, can you tell?

and it's meant to be noisy.

Make it one colour mate and add noise or blur.

I have put in a strong green photo filter, and added noise, but i haven't done the blur, i may try that, what type? zoom? motion?

Agree with you, Z. Too strong.

Try bring it down to match the green circles in your first image.... in a different shade of green.
