Questions on resizing images

Hi there,

I'm hoping you can help me out with a couple of questions regarding resizing images.
I have 10 different images that i plan to display from my laptop to projector screen using Qlab.
I've tried resizing in Photoshop and changing the DPI to be the same but have been unsuccessful
as the images will always come out different. I want my images to be the same so that they are not
different sizes when I go to use on the projector.

thank you

Anthony

Hi @Anthony2023

I am unfamiliar with Qlab details yet typically the best image size to use with projectors is the native projector pixel dimensions.
Just changing the PPI (Pixels per Inch) does not make the images have the same size.
PPI is multiplied by the embedded/assigned inch dimensions which could be different for each of the pictures.

I suggest finding out the native projector pixel settings and setting the pixel dimensions of the image

Other forum members may have more knowledge of Qlab and provide other suggestions.
Hope this helps

Hi John,

Thank you for the advice. I will try and find projector pixel settings and setting the pixel dimensions of the image and see if that works.
