Question for pen and tablet users
I am not all that new to Photoshop but I still consider myself a noob. My main experience with the program has been mostly enhancing digital photographs. And I have also done some graphics from scratch. Always I have used just a mouse to do whatever I needed to do.
Now, I want to get into doing more with the program and I am contemplating getting a pen and tablet. As I am merely learning at this point, I can't see paying a great deal for a tablet just yet. I have been seeing alot on the Wacom tablets as they seem to be the most prominant. However, I would like to have one that has a decent sized work area and the Wacom is around $300 for a roughly 6x8.
Are there cheaper alternatives that are worth looking at for a beginner like me?
I appreciate any and all input.
Thanks,
Dave
