question regarding animation and photoshop

Hello I'm pretty new to photoshop and using photoshop cs4. What i've done is created a banner with some animated text and then I wanted to add another animation that is a 3d object. I managed to get all the animation to work but it's working in different time frames. It's hard for me to explain so I created a quick website with the project I have so far and a screen shot of my photoshop window to make it easier to understand.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
