Question about a Photo + Request

Just send it to the lab tech on one of the cops-and-robbers TV shows, like CSI, and she can make any image perfect, no matter how bad. ;-)

Unfortunately, as Fotografitti pointed out, we live in the real world and are a bit more limited in our abilities.

I was just reading a novel, and the author said to use photoshop to restore blurry images.......Isn't there a filter? :banghead:
