Quality problems when sending my pics

So I keep making some flyers for a band that I know and they always look so crisp in photoshop and on my computer when I open the file but when I send it to them via facebook it looks like crap. The quality is highly reduced and I dont understand. He even said that it looks crisp on his computer but then when he uploads it to his facebook page it acts up. What causes this?

There's a few factors.... What comes to mind is it may be caused by FB's compression of files. Did you create the images at FB's specifications and using browser resolution norm?

I did not because I did not know they had their own specifications and resolution norm
