Push image together in the shape of a circle

Hi,

I'd like to push these letters so that they're in the general shape of a circle or oval but I'd like to do it in a way that doesn't make the font thinner (thicker or weirdly skewed is fine). The second picture is what I have so far, and the first picture is the effect I'm aiming for. What's the best way to do this?

Thanks!

Puppet warp is probably your best bet. Regular old transform>warp works well, but if you want finer control (though it takes a bit of practice) try puppet warp.

the best way to make this is in vector able applications, such as coreldraw or illustrator. if i remember correctly there is such option in coreldraw called "envelope" where you fit in the text into basic shapes. you may want to google it a bit.
