Actions Puppet Warp doesn't Work

In photoshop CC 2020, the puppet warp tool doesn't show any pins, and if you manage to move any of the pins (that you cannot see) you cannot see the changes unless you confirm the puppet warp.
 
Welcome to the forum. I do not have PS 2020 yet but hopefully someone with access to that version can assist.

How do you find the latest version and how often do you use it?
