Random PS shortcut for a tool

So I need to resize an image yet I want to constrain the images, I have a mac computer and using a windows keyboard, can anyone tell me the keys to hold down so I can enlarge or make it ller without deforming the image?

I work on a Windows laptop with PS version 20.0.1, but these should work for you:
1. With layer active, click on your move tool and then click on one of the corner boxes on the image and drag;
2. To resize to the center, same as above but hold down your Alt (Option on Mac) key when dragging
