Why Photoshop is showing pics darker than ACDSee or Windows Photo Gallery?
When I open a picture to edit in Photoshop it's showing darker than when I open it with ACDSee or other previewing software. If i light up the photo in Photoshop , than it's too light in other software. WHY?

It depends on how you've calibrated machine and which color profile you're using in Photoshop or other applications that make use of a color profile.

Thanks JLBerry, that was the problem and i solved it. I was using sRGB IEC61966-2.1 , and now a i set Adobe RGB (1998) and it's great. The light tone is the same now.

Actually using sRGB IEC61966-2.1 shouldn't be a problem, I use that all the time. I even tested that a few seconds ago just to make sure that I'm right; the colors and brightness of the image in Photoshop is 100% the same as the one of ACDSee and Windows Photo Gallery. That's on Windows, so I don't know how this goes on the Mac.

Either your profile is messed up or the other programs have an issue.
