PS good color JPG darker color WHY?

I am doing drawings in Photoshop cs6 12x15 300 dpi 8 bit doing line drawings and coloring them in. Comic art.. the problem I have is: It looks fantastic in photoshop on my Cintiq.. but when I save it as a JPG and view it in Windows viewer or Corel 15 it is significantly Darker. I want to be able to send my art to other people and have it look correct.. any suggestions..
For those who will reply do a search: I have and entered key works like "dark JPG" , corel Dark, Dark in other programs than photoshop... and nothing comes up... I do not mind if this has been a repeat question... Just post a link... Thank you....

You'll never have people see the same thing, because they have different monitors with different settings.

Now the display settings can be changed for photoshop, so that photoshop uses different color display settings than the rest of your programs

these two.. first is printed from photoshop the second on is a JPG export to Corel and printed. see the difference in colors... it even looks like this when you view it in the basic windows viewer.. it only looks correct in photoshop where it was created....

lets see if you have the same problem if you're using .png instead of .jpg?

is there someone on this forum who does artwork like this? I could direct the question to them, they may have encountered this problem... all I want is that when I send this to a customer or friend that they get the image as intended... I do not want to make this white girl look like a black girl.....

The search strings you should be using are terms such as {photoshop color management}, {monitor profile}, {photoshop working color space}, {photoshop embed profile}.

Basically, the simplest solution is that you should be working in sRGB, and you should always use the "export for web" command with "sRGB" and "embed profile" options turned on.

There is a fairly common problem and there is lots and lots written on this topic, even right here on photoshopgurus.com

PNG and JPG seem to give the same results to each other (meaning the look exactly alike in color)... viewing each one side by side to a second monitor with the PS version.. the color is still darker....

Thank you for the suggestions... I have just tried the save for web... same exact image as JPG and PNG these 3 I can toggle from one to the other and there is no difference in color values.... I will continue to search... thank you very much. Oh and the image above this one was brightened in photoshop lighter than I wanted it and then saved so the color looks correct... I just wanted both to match without having to wash out (brighten contrast) to get the desired result... I want what you see is what you get..
