PS CS6 ext. video editing question

So I'm using the new video editing function of PS CS6 ext. to use the magic wand too to crop an entire video...however it will only edit one frame at a time. I'm not a complete noob at PS but this is puzzling me. Any suggestion on how to add the exact same crop to all the frames for the entire video?

not every frame is the same...however each frame is shot from the same camera angle.

Unless the exact same crop would work for every single frame, I think your in for a lot of hard work. Let's say it's shot from a single perspective and it's a window crop in the BG, the crop may stay the same until something passed in front of it........then the crop would have to be altered. Even a slight zoom change would alter the crop.

Well for this particular application a single static crop would work for every frame.

If this is the case, then creating an ACTION will work.
