Hi all.
After 2 weeks of my war with this task,Im decide ask for help in this forum.Im developing an application in Visual Basic (game manager) for my small Internet caffe and really need someone who can help me remove background from the first skin picture.Im do it 1000 times and because im not experienced with Photoshop the edges of the picture is looking very bad!Im go crazy with this because of my second problem:
My eyes is not working very good and im cannot focus in the details.
Im have my desktop full of edited pictures lol.This skin picture need to be smooth and proportional in the edges with some kind of shadow around:
Just im down and cannot do this alone.Please if someone can help me to remove the background from the hell picture.Im purchase this pic in psd format and waiting to be background free! Just if im open it and see the background not removable then begin my war!Every work need they master!If need Im can pay for Your work.

You should be able to turn the eye off the layer for the background. That should do it. Hopefully you haven't purchased a jacked copy of this layout.

Thank You for your replay.There is no eye for the background only.With name background is the entire picture only without buttons.And don't worry I'm legally purchase this picture from Exalti and have the permission to use it.
 
Thats odd that there is no background layer. There are many ways to cut an image out of a picture. The pen tool is what I recommend. Try googling a tutorial for pen tool.

No the background layer is there just it is not only background its with the interface together so removing background only is not possible from the psd.And as for the tutorial.Im known exactly how to cut an image out of a picture just im cannot do it perfect.(Im doing it two weeeks for now) And the picture need to be cropped out perfectly as is it for use in program background.Im need some expert to do it for me and im can pay for the work.

If you trying to cut it by lasso or magicwand then it is hard and not so good result.
In this case (and in all others where lasso selection is dificult, complicated or have long straight lines and geometry form) use path tool.
Tool is easy to use and after pathing you can make your cutting selection.
(sorry, i'm too lazy to do that).
