Problem with Offset Filter

I was using my offset filter with no issue yesterday... today, it's not offsetting the entire image - it's cutting some of it off. What am I doing wrong?:banghead:

In the offset, it looks (to me) like some of the graphic is missing... like it's off the field even though I've halved my pixel ratio...

I increased the height and offset accordingly - I even tried to manually manipulate it... I'm still getting loss of the graphic somewhere in no-man's land... This is with the adjustment made...

Are you sure the original heart was centered before you applied the offset filter? Make sure you have snap on, View - Snap.

Even more boggling:

The wrap around offset doesn't even show on the left on a 200 x 200px canvass. It seems like the edges of the canvass are missing...

Snap is on and I centered via Select All -> Layer -> Align Layers to Selection and then Vertical Centers/Horizontal Centers... Made a copy of the layer and attempted my offset...
