Problem starting Photoshop 7

People, I have the following problem.
In General, I installed Photoshop 7, launched, I get the message -

Photoshop.exe - bad image
I have is worth windows 10

I would be grateful if you tell me what to do to the program worked.
 
I did some research and I found this:

'Photoshop 7 works on windows 10 x64 without using any compatibility modes.
The only major catch is you need to have 1 TB or less free space on your hard drive or photoshop 7 won't work.
Photoshop versions before photoshop cs couldn't see large hard drives with over 1 TB of free space.'

Also if you have Adobe Photoshop 7.0 update it to 7.1
