problem in saving file

when i save file dialog box appear "writing photoshop format" and it takes about 20 seconds to complete.

this dialog box appear either i save a new file or make some changes and save current file.

how i can get raid of the dialog box.

Make sure you have enough RAM on your machine and that a sufficient amount of it is free.These kind of things happen when you are dealing with a large file or if your system's free memory is low.
 
Yea it sounds like you have a huge file, or a system that is struggling to keep up with Photoshop.
