Problem in posting my Flash Animations on Youtube?

I've exported the animations from Flash in Quicktime, framerate Current and Best Quality. Watching it, everything's still fine in the .mov version. Yet when I upload it to YouTube there are tons of strange errors. Whenever a character walks on screen he/she will appear poking onto the stage several frames before coming on. Certain sounds are late/early, but not others. Tweened and non-tweened objects lag when moving only sometimes, but for no reason that I can discern. Can someone please help me out here, I've worked with Flash for a LONG time but have no idea what this is.

youtube support for .mov files are still new I would render it out as a wmp, H.264 or avi file then it should fix it
