Printing CD/DVD Labels

I recently purchased a printer that allows CD label printing on the media. When reading helpful hints from Manuf. (EPSON) they say it is possible to use PS to create printable covers. I use CS2 with Vista Home Premium. I can not find any info Any Ideas?
