Hi there,

I have done this numerous times before, and I cant for the life of me figure out what I am doing wrong. I have removed the white background from an image. The transparent background remains preserved when I keep it as a psd. but when I try to save it as a jpg or print to pdf the white background reappears.... What am I doing --- or not doing?!!? It's making me nuts help!

Here to help

I had trouble with this also. After expirimenting, I realized that a .jpeg file cannot keep a transparent background so I tried others. Save the image file as a .Ppng, or portable networks graphic. This will keep the trans. background. If you absolutely need a .jpeg, save the image & go to coolutils[dot]com/Online-Image-Converter[dot]php & convert it after you've saved it as a .png.

Hope this helps,

Falkner
