Does anyone know an easy way, or even a tutorial that will help me make a woman look pregnant without causing trouble to where her arms are or anything else in the picture like standing close to a man?

Thanks.

Absolutely. Create 3 copies of the photo you wish to distort. The bottom most one, turn it off. This is your lifeline in case you screw up. The top most one is the one you liquify. Once you have at least her belly (and don't forget larger breasts) look pregant, but a layer mask on the liquified layer. Ensure the middle layer is turned on and begin to paint with black all the unintentionally distorted body parts where the un-edited (middle layer) is becoming visible and puts everything back in their right proportions. Voila!

To each his own, I was only pointing out the date. No, it doesn't matter.
