Wallpaper I started on last night and finished earlier today. Just some random stuff I put together. I think the overall effect looks good. Haven't really been able to think of what to call it. I have it on my behance account under poverty cause of the building in the fore ground. idk.jpg

I like the atmosphere. I'm having problems with the placement of the background cathedral (or whatever it is), the relative size, and its sharpness. I imagine it is meant as a contrast, but it just feels like it is crowding the poor house; big bully. OK, maybe that's the idea, but I would find a slightly more subtle way to express it. Part of the reason it looks like the cathedral is right on top of the house is that it is just as sharp as the house. Maybe even just blurring it would fix the issue I have argued above.

PS: I must have focused on the first rendition, because I see you have made some drastic and helpful changes in the size of the house and relative positioning. So I deleted some of my critique. Your edited version is much superior. Doesn't seem like a dollhouse anymore. As for the BG bldg., I still think it could use some blur.

I did add a slight gaussain blur to that building, guess it wasn't strong enough. Didn't want to add too much. I'll see what I can do to remedy this.

Dunno if I over did it with the blur.
