Hello.. I know my art is simple as of now,but once I design something worthy I was thinking of printing a 16 by 20 poster. I have a few questions though. As of now I have my canvas set at size(16x20 inches) resolution(300 pixels) rgb mode set at 8bit and preset on custom. Are these settings correct to blow up a 16x20 and get quality results? f not what would you suggest? Also, what kind of paper would it look best on,glossy, semi gloss, a canvas? Here is a sample of my creativity. Any critics for input? Thanks....

your size setting seems to be just fine, for the printouts just stick to the acctual size and put it on 300dpi.
second thing is in which resolution your drawind was made at the first place, becouse if it was 4x6 inch on lets say100 dpi, even after enlargement in ps result will be grainy.
for such a dark image with glowing edges i will strongly recommend glossy paper on at least 200gr weight due to its size.
on canvas you'll not get it as dark as you want nor see the fine color gradients.
good luck with printouts.
