Browsing DeviantArt I found this strange yet fascinating picture of the possessed patient.
With this image I had an idea for a new composite. Here it is...critique and suggestions are very welcome.

Updated version. According to suggestions by two members I made a few changes.

The Background image and the mouse and the rat I found with google.
All other images are from DeviantArt.

I don't know if you get that commercial in Switzerland . . .

Kind of a scary, visceral image, especially with all the courtly ladies wandering around nearly oblivious to this emotion. One looking down her nose? Hmpf.

Glad you put it together. It looks like an illustration for a book, what genre is up in the air. Probably mystery.

Ah, one critique. The guy looks a bit small. His knee in front of the woman seems out of proportion. In fact, at first glance, I thought it was behind her. I think that would be good positioning for it actually, making him more threatening, being almost wrapped around her.

I had a version with the guy behind the lady, but it just didn't look right, so I decided to do it like it is now. But I'll try to make his knee bigger and post an updated version.

And yes, we do have the mentioned commercial in our country.
 
Really nice Chris! The only thing I would say is the shadow on the left side of the woman in the foregrounds face could be abit darker. Similar to her arm in the shadow and it will really make her sit into the background. Not sure if people agree but just what I reckon.

@ Clare: I put the guy behind the lady. It really looks better this way.

That's a Holiday for me. Sunlight, windows, a bed, and women, what more could a Nut Job want ?. OH YEAH Possibly get my hands on that syringe of juice... or just anything come to that..

Not often i see day light..

Put a fat belly on the man and you got it one.. that would be me.. just age him a little ( ok..ok... a lot ) and you got inky right there.

Still loving this by the way chris..Nice image...
