Looking to get this portrait tattooed. I need it to have more detail especially around the eyes. Thank you in advance!!

What exactly is it your after? Any good tattooist should be able to do this.

I've added a "Curves" adjustment, but unsure about what else you want.

This looks awesome!!
When he put the pic on the stencil pad he said he couldn’t make out the eyes to stencil is correctly. He said if the eyes are tattooed wrong it will throw the whole portriat off.
