Specific Portrait Help

Hello photoshop guru! I am in need of your help. In the attached portrait there is some hair sticking up on the back of the subjects head, if you could take care of that it would be much appreciated.

Maybe if you could just shorten up the rest of the hairs that are out of place. Mostly just the ones sticking up right under the blurry black square in the background.
