Portfolio Concept

[Inkz]

Not done too many of these designs. I'm working on a really big manip but needed time off from it lol so I thought I would have a blast at a webpage design....

I,m looking for some critique, as I feel this type of design is my weakest point.

Any, take a look and see what you think.

Hi


so i try first, with my first post, i'm propably insane

it looks some kind of confused, some edges are rounded and some not. for example, the menu buttons look 'hard' but the search button is kind of soft with it's rounded edges.

i think it would look better if the big pictures would have the same sitze, or the middle one was big and left and right smaller.

the colors are...interesting but i just dont like them, they look random.

and the last point, the header and bottom bar don't fit in, they don't look like they be a part of the website.

I wouldn't worry about that tappa. That was a very thoughtful critique and that's what Inkz asked for. Boy did you ask for it Inkz! You pointed out some things I didn't think about.

I like the logo, but I think the "I" should appear larger. Because of the colors, the FX really stands out, which is good, but the "I" almost becomes a border bar. IMO.
