Point me to Animated GIF help

I want to combine 5 or 6 images into a animated gif. I 5.5 and haehave made all "movements" just need to put them together. i have done this before, but I lost my tut! :banghead::banghead:I use CS5.5 and have Macromedia available. :question::question::question:

have you tried simulation process? I guess it will definitely gonna help you..also bleach method abide to synchronize it very well.
