png transparency of another color

Hi, i need to set the png trasparency of a different colour from white, like the png attached...how to do? :banghead:

Depends on what colour you want it to be for example if you want it to be black just load it into Photoshop and press control + I o invert it

Any other colour create a new layer fill it with any colour you want then right click the layer in the layer pallet and select create clipping mask
 
Tnx for the reply Hoogle, i'll try to be more clear....
take a look to the attached...i need that the black became white and the cloud become trasparency...

So you need this

Go to image > mode > RGB Colour

then press cntrl + I to invert it

Create a new layer underneath your cloud layer

right click your cloud layer and select blending options and bottom option of main window that pops up is a blend if slider slide the blacks towards center and it will remove the blacks from the image.

Save as a png
