This is my biggest accomplished photo. It has roughly 50k downloads and 75k views.

The obvious is, it is "overcooked" and "fake" looking. I wanted it to be. I think I went a little too far with it. But everyone seems to love it and it took off.

PNC Park has even contacted me about getting rights so they can sell it as a poster.

What do you guys think?

This is the original image after I merged three photos of the field (Only had my 50mm and couldn't fit it all)

I like it. Very colorful. I think the hot colors work well for the subject matter. Haven't looked at it more technically to give you an opinion otherwise -- maybe a little less vignetting on the left corner. It seems a bit unbalanced.

I hope they do purchase the photo. That would be quite the coup!

I would like to hear a "technical" side of it, since all I've heard is 'aw how pretty' lol. I put a lot of time into it and re-rendered a lot of the stuff myself. Like the lines on the field for instance. The right half were completely gone, no colors were left in my file. So I copied the lines from the left side and duplicated it and stuck them on the right. I actually made a "tutorial" since so many people asked about it, but it came out horrific! It was my first try at it though.

Love the top shot, great stuff.
Thanks Steve

Its a rather long video at 14 mins but it explains how I made the image (All pretty basic stuff, adjustments, masks, etc)
