I have 2 computers... 1 runs PS 7 and the other runs CS3. Can I use CS3 plug-ins in PS 7?

If so, how?
 
Wouldn't hurt any thing, just to try it. I would imagine a few would.Lots of them originated in 7
 
I did try and I couldn't get it to work. Specifically, I'd like to use the Lens Correction filter in Photoshop 7. I think it's new to CS3, so I don't know if it's possible to go backwards with that plug-in.
 
from what I know Lens Correction is not a plugin, it comes with the program......pretty sure, (someone please correct me if I'm wrong)
