I straighten the horizon, add a new sky with haze at the horizon and a reflection in the foreground.
I couldn't make it to warm because obviously it's not summer...
Due to the backlight a lot of details went missing.
Is this what you had in mind?

Thanks Jerry, actually this was nice to work on since due to the backlight, everything went white and I could do a lot of things in blending.
The sky layer is actually beneath the main layer on which I applied a multiply blend mode (adapted with a gradient).
